It's been way to long since I did a Style Crush post, and I've been slowly collecting pictures for this one for quite some time. After seeing the movie An Education, I knew Carey Mulligan had a bright and successful career ahead. The movie itself had incredible style so I was eager to see if its lead had the same sense. At the time she was quite a newbie on the scene so there were few pictures available, but after a year full of awards shows, premiers, and film festivals there are plenty example of Carey's quirky style. Her looks may seem basic and streamlined from afar but one look at the details, such as miniature kitchen tools decorating her Prada Oscars gown, show her true style sense.

oh wow me too. after watching An Education, I was intrigued by her performance and when I realized she was also in Pride and Prejudice (as one of Kiera Knightley's sister in the movie) i grew to like her even more! :D
