I have a strong affinity for feathers. I am quite particular about those that I like. I love sketches and drawings; I even wear a golden feather charm around my neck everyday. I hate those fluffy, poofy feathers you get at craft stores or find on cheaply made earrings. However, I love any kind of feathers found in nature...raven, peacock, parrot, etc. It is mystifying to find a single feather left in a field or between trees in a forest, almost like finding the key to flying without any clue how to use it.

oh once i saw a photo of a tattoo of a father, and it was so gorgeous.
not showy or overly glamorous or anything, just purely pretty and natural.
